How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

As our products are handmade we ask you to allow 3-5 days for them to be made before we ship. Sometimes we may have the product you ordered in stock so it will be shipped within 2-3 days but this is not guaranteed.

What are your products made of?

All of our candles and botanical melts are made from 100% Soy wax and luxury fragrance oils. We only use cotton wicks in our candles which have been coated in Soy wax and we add dried botanicals into our melts.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes, we pride ourselves on being eco-friendly. All of our products are made using natural ingredients from our wax to fragrance oils. From our products to our shipping packaging, all are made with either biodegradable or recyclable materials that are ethically sourced.

Do you offer refills?

Yes we do, but only for local E17 customers at the moment. More details can be found on our E17 page

How long can I burn my candle?

You should only ever burn your candle for 4hrs at a time. The size of the candle will determine how many hours you will get (see below).

How long do your candles last?

We have a range of sizes in our candles which all have different burn times, noted below. These are estimated times as it is dependant on how you burn and care for your candle. If you burn your candle for 4 hours at a time and trim your wick to 5mm between burns, you should achieve the optimal times for your size candle.

Mini - 24 - 25hrs

Midi - 32 - 32hrs

Midi + - 45 - 50hrs

How many botanical melts can I use in my burner?

You can use 1 or 2 of our melts at a time. If you like a stronger scent throw we would suggest 2 at a time, but never overfill your burner as this can be a fire hazard.

Can I use a large tealight in my burner?

NO! 

Only ever use a 4hr tealight. Larger tealights (8hr tealights) can cause the burner to become extremely hot and potentially cause damage to the burner, posing a fire risk.
