Every product is handmade and poured by us, so we ask all of our customers to allow for 3-5 working days for their product to be made. In some instances it may be that the product you have ordered has recently been made, so we are able to ship your order the next day.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with one of our products, we will be happy to refund the cost once we have received the returned item. We can not cover the cost of any return shipping charges unless the item you received was damaged or faulty.
